Delivery Information

United Kingdom Shipping

Standard delivery is free for orders over £59.

We aim to process orders within the same working days. All orders are sent on Royal Mail 48hr tracked service and after receiving your order confirmation. You will also receive an email notification with your tracking details once despatched.

Standard Home Delivery for orders below £59 - £5.35  (2 to 3 business days)

European Union Shipping 

We currently ship to Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherland and Sweden only.

We ship on (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). That means no additional tax or duty to be paid by customers. 

Standard Home Delivery - €18.45 (2 to 11 business days)

United States Shipping 

We ship on (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). That means no additional tax or duty to be paid by customers. 

Standard Home Delivery - US$18.45  (7 to 11 business days)

Currently we ship Detoorp's own label products only to US. 

International Shipping

We're afraid that we currently do not ship anywhere else outside UK, EU and US.

Returns Policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to send it back to us after the order is delivered. Please contact us at info@detoorp.com to arrange. 

We ask that items are returned clean, unbroken (unless it was damaged during delivery), unopened and unused.

Customers are responsible for arranging the courier service with tracking information. Please note that we do not refund the used delivery charge.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will aim to refund the amount within 5 working days by the same method you used to pay. Please note that we do not accept exchange at the moment.
