Delivery Information

United Kingdom Shipping

Standard delivery is free for orders over £49.

We aim to process orders within the same working days. All orders are sent on a tracked service and delivery usually takes around 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation. You will also receive an email notification with your tracking details once despatched.

European Union Shipping

Standard Home Delivery - £14.95 (2 to 11 business days)

United States Shipping

Standard Home Delivery - £19.55 (2 to 11 business days)

International Shipping

We're afraid that we currently do not ship internationally apart from EU and US.

 

Returns Policy

 

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us after the order is delivered. Please contact us at info@detoorp.com to arrange. 

We ask that items are returned clean, unbroken (unless it was damaged during delivery), unopened and unused. Please note that we do not refund the used delivery charge.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will aim to refund the amount within 5 working days by the same method you used to pay.
